Nas nv+/ nas NV+ v2 usb 3tb harddisks

I purchased a Toshiba 3TB USB3/2 drive. It comes formated NTFS. NV+ v1 running 4.1.12 recognized but could not access or format. Used Acronis Disk Director to format 3TB FAT32. NV+ recognized and backup up files to drive via USB.
