Hi all, I am having an issue tht I cant seem to solve. Today I updated Nas to latest firmware and also updated plex media server to latest version since then the Readycloud page is showing offlin...

Yes I got the logs.
Do you have a backup? If not, perhaps boot into volume read-only mode and see if you can copy the data off using that.
You could try ReadyNASOS 6.5.2-T500 (Beta 2) or perhaps downgrade back to 6.5.0- Fandango522Aug 17, 2016Aspirant
No I dont have any back up, this was meant to be my backup. I will try to go back with firmware, does that wipe all data ?

So is the primary copy of the data is stored on your PC? Or what are you saying?
Firmware updates don't wipe your data, however it's advisable where possible to have an up to date backup before installing a firmware update.
