I suggest contacting paid support (my.netgear.com) and asking about data recovery services. https://kb.netgear.com/69/ReadyNAS-Data-Recovery-Diagnostics-Scope-of-Service  You could also look into RAID recover software.

I also suggest downloading the full log zip file, and sending a downloadable link to one of the mods ( JohnCM_S or Marc_V ) - asking them to analyze it for you.  Send a PM, don't post the link publicly.
