NAS102 Power light flashing, can't access unit through ReadyCloud
Hi, yesterday my NAS was off (possible power outage?) so I powered it back up but it was not visible on the network and the blue power light was/is flashing (1 short, 1 long). I could not access it ...

I took the drives out, tried to reinstall the OS but I'm not sure if that worked
It can't work, because the function reinstalls the OS onto the drives.

I reinstalled one of the drives but that did not work. I swapped it out with the second drive and am able to access it from my PC
That suggests a problem with the first drive. After the backup completes you might want to test it with seatools in a PC.

but the power light is still flashing and ReadyCloud access is still unavailable.
Can you reach the web admin page (either use https://nas-ip-address/admin, or get there via RAIDar). It might also be useful to download the log zip file.

Disregard, I found it. So, how do I attach a log zip file?

You don't. You email the zip file in (see the Sending Logs link in my sig).

Ok, I emailed the log file a few hours ago.

There was only one HDD in the chassis when you downloaded the logs, and it doesn't seems too happy:

You should test this HDD with the manufacturer's tool.
