Need a replacement Disk Tray ReadyNAS2100
Hope that somebody can help me out - I need a drive tray/caddy for my ReadyNas 2100. Seem to have lost it during an office move :-(
I have plenty of spare ReadyNas 2120 cases to swap if that helps anyone?!?!?

Is your RN2100 registered with your MyNETGEAR Account? If you are the original purchaser of the NAS you can contact Support by logging into my.netgear.com to request for RMA of the Disk trays or if you want to purchase one.
You can also look on online sites wherein they sell these parts or sell a whole RN2120 working or not. IMO, contacting Support would be the best way to acquire a Disk tray.

Unfortunately I am not the original purchaser of the ReadyNAS and so it seems that I am not going to be able to purchase a replacement tray from Netgear if I understand your response? I guess that you are saying that they will only sell spares to people who bought the device from them? I'll take a look on eBay (UK) but couldn't find anythign relevant when I looked earlier.
