Need help getting ftp to work :/

Just shooting in here that if the users accessing the FTP server from the outside are using windows machines, they can simply put this in the address bar of a normal windows explorer window (not internet explorer): ftp://your.official.ip:yourFTPport and they will be prompted with a username and password.
This gives them access to the FTP server as a normal "disk" / viewed as normal folders. This enables them to upload and download without using a FTP client.
