Need Help setting up cron job to reset share permissions

Every day I must reset permissions on all shares by going into:
- Shares
- CIFS
- Advanced Options
- and Checking the box marked "Set ownership and permission for existing files and folders in this share to the above settings. This option is useful in cases where you are changing security levels and need to workaround file access problems."
This is tedious and users are often inconvenienced until I am notified and manually perform this activity on all 6 shares.
How can this be reduced to a shell script that can be assigned to a cron job?
PS - The reason I must run this is that if "Bob" creates a new folder in the Accounting share, no other member of the accounting group can write into that new folder until I reset share permissions as above.
