I think you need to read the documents shown here LINK and download the desktop app for Stora.
Also you do not have a Readynas Model: EDA500|ReadyNAS Expansion Chassis 5-Bay
I know that the topic is wrong...but there is no choice for STORA.
I also tried the desktop app to restore the stora. but this tool does´nt find the stora in the network.
But i have an IP for the stora and it´s reachable over ping.
