You may download the logs and then provide it to us so we can check what caused the issue. You can send it by uploading it to Google Drive then PM (private message) me the download link. The PM feature can be found on the upper right of the forum. It is the envelope icon.

nas storage is new ..its working from
one month ago ..when i was copy files it
stoped and changed to readonly ..
I reboot it but when startup the volum not found.. thanks
