NETGEAR RN10400 / 6.6.0 File and Folder Management not accessible from Mac OS 10.11.6 Finder

HELP! My MacBook Pro running 10.11.6 used to be very good at file management using mac finder on my two NAS devices. Starting yesterday, I have the following issue on my RN10400:

(1) I can create, copy, delete and move folders on the RN10400 from mac finder - as long as they are all new actions.

(2) I cannot copy or move folders or files from one location to another on the same NAS RN10400.

I have checked user settings, group settings etc and these appear to be ok.

Happy to answer all questions but be patient this is new to me - so use plain english and dont assume I know anything!!!

    Hello SCJC,

Are we talking about a specific share here or you get the problem on any share of the ReadyNAS you open?

Maybe you want to update the firmware too as your ReadyNAS is 5-versions older.

    Welcome to the community!
