Installing all 4 disks at once is not an option, I have nothing to backup around 12GB of data to.
My Supplier has the WD80EFZX drive @ 8GB but only 5400RPM is the 7200RPM drives better?

Then some day you will lose your data. It's more a question of when than if.

There is a performance gain with 7200 rpm on operations that require seeking (for instance directory browsing). Large file transfer speeds aren't limited by the disks, it is limited by gigabit ethernet.
On the other hand, the WDC reds use less power and therefore will run cooler.
The Ironwolf drives are fine, just make sure you still have the mounting screws that came with the NAS. The procedure to remove the plastic mounting bracket is in the hardware manual: page 170 here: http://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/READYNAS-100/ReadyNAS_%20OS6_Desktop_HM_EN.pdf
