I see both interfaces on my pro (though in my case I use bond0). I am wondering if tun10 is set up for remote.
What add ons do you have installed?

No add-ons install on the NAS.
to be on the safe side, I just turned off
Discovorry Services
ReadyDLNA
AFT protcol
FTP Protocol
The only services running are CIFS, HTTP, HTTPS

If you have a scratch disk, you could remove the pro disks (labeling them by slot), and install the install disk.
Then see if the clean factory install has the same problem.
