Network error code: 0x80070035
Hi I am unable to upload any files to the NAS since downloading windows 10. Every time I click on the NAS folder in the network it advises that windows can not access my NAS displaying error code...

By the way, I am running Norton Antivirus on this PC.

Try opening cmd and running two commands:
net use * /delete
net use t: \\nasipaddress\data /user:admin nasadminpassword
The second command should map the NAS data volume to drive letter t. Note I am suggesting using the IP address of the NAS instead of its name. Be careful on the slash direction.

Dear Brian, I am not sure on the syntax since all I used went wrong. To access the NAS admin I normally use my email address plus a password with upper and lower case letters.
What do I fill in at "user:admin" ?

ReadyCloud of course is different, but with the NAS itself you use the built-in "admin" account, which has the username "admin" and its own password. My commands are using that account (which is why I didn't put admin in italics).
If you enter https://nasipaddress/admin you will also receive a password prompt, and the usual credential you enter there is "admin" plus the NAS admin password. So try that first, and make sure you have the right password.

I have been able to make it work. I had forgotten the : after the t. Using my email as admin and the password worked. A "T" drive is now added with the "Data" folder accessible.
