Network error code: 0x80070035
Hi I am unable to upload any files to the NAS since downloading windows 10. Every time I click on the NAS folder in the network it advises that windows can not access my NAS displaying error code...

Try opening cmd and running two commands:
net use * /delete
net use t: \\nasipaddress\data /user:admin nasadminpassword
The second command should map the NAS data volume to drive letter t. Note I am suggesting using the IP address of the NAS instead of its name. Be careful on the slash direction.

Dear Brian, I am not sure on the syntax since all I used went wrong. To access the NAS admin I normally use my email address plus a password with upper and lower case letters.
What do I fill in at "user:admin" ?

ReadyCloud of course is different, but with the NAS itself you use the built-in "admin" account, which has the username "admin" and its own password. My commands are using that account (which is why I didn't put admin in italics).
If you enter https://nasipaddress/admin you will also receive a password prompt, and the usual credential you enter there is "admin" plus the NAS admin password. So try that first, and make sure you have the right password.

I have been able to make it work. I had forgotten the : after the t. Using my email as admin and the password worked. A "T" drive is now added with the "Data" folder accessible.

Great. So connecting by IP address will work, but connecting by name might not.
The next step is to ping the NAS by name, and if you get a good ping response, confirm that it is coming from the correct IP address.
Assuming it is, you can try the same two commands, but using the NAS name instead of the IP address. The first command will disconnect the T drive (you will need to confirm).
