Downgrading to 6.2.0 was done to eliminate 6.2.4 as a possible issue
I would have preferred the logs from 6.2.4.
I can update to 6.2.4 and send the logs again
Is the workgroup name for the NAS the same as the workgroup name for your network?
Yes
Is the NAS configured with a static I.P. or a dynamic one?
IP address is static
Can you clarify what you mean by the network going down?
All devices connected to the router lose internet connectivity, any device not connected to the router will have trouble obtaining an IP Address. This only happens when this NAS is physically connected to the router
Do all of your devices lose network connectivity when this happens?
