Network Printer
Hi All,
I hope you can help me with this..
I have a ReadyNAS 102. I have a Canon iX4000 printer which I would like t add to my network to be able to print from a PC and also a MAC.
The printer drivers are installed on both machines. I have plugged in the printer USB from the printer in to the back of the ReadyNAS 102.
The Netgear manual shows how to set the printer up, however this is via what seems an older platform. Can anyone describe how it is done through a browser (Chrome)?
I cannot see where a printer can be added myself. Perhaps have to buy a Ethernet - USB cable and plug it straight in to my switch?
Thanks

- StephenBGuru - Experienced UserYou need the cups addon for OS6 - currently called cupsr6_1.0.3_all.deb
You can find it in super-poussin's dropbox. There's the thread that includes the link: viewtopic.php?f=153&t=70914
