*NEW BETA* RAIDar Widget for Mac
The latest RAIDar Widget for the Mac can be downloaded here: RAIDar.wdgt.zip

RAIDar Widgets are small lightweight widgets that will work in the Mac OS X environment. The functionality is similar to RAIDar but may be more suitable in a single ReadyNAS environment.

I was unable to reproduce the missing thermometer.
Yes, but the previous version had the same problem, no thermometer.
On the first display of the widget (after start Mac), there was the thermometer during 1 second after is missing.

I updated to 4.1.5. After I installed Widget Beta. - ChewbaccaAspirantSo with 4.1.4 and the previous widget you were not able to see the thermometer?

I did a little more research with your Duo there should not be a Thermometer. What you are seeing is correct. - stephane_lyonAspirant

Yes. It was the same problem. - chirpaLuminaryLike Chewwy mentioned, the Duo does not have a temperature sensor on board like the NV+,etc. It uses the HDD SMART temperature reading to control system fan speed.
So maybe if anything, a work-around/feature-enhancement could do something like 'if sys_temp=null && drive_temp=something; widget_temp=drive_temp' to get the same thing on the widget side of things... - stephane_lyonAspirant

So, is it possible to have the HDD temp on the Widget ? I changed the fan by an akasa fan and I want to survey the HDD or system temp. - rlyonAspirantI love the widget. Temp, storage, UPS, status, drives, etc. It's awesome.
- DarynAspirantPer Chirpa's suggested feature enhancement, I'd love if the widget for the duo would show drive temp at a glance. I frequently keep an eye on the drive temps so it's somewhat irritating to keep mousing over the drives when that purty temperature gauge could be put to good use!
