New Disk, X-RAID is Dead
I had a drive fail which stopped my unit from booting. I replaced the drive and was able to boot normally. However, on Frontview, the status says "Volume C: Offline, RAID Level , disks, 0% of 0 MB ...

I did not replace the bad disk when the NAS was powered on because the NAS would not boot (even into support mode) with the bad disk in it.
I have no backup ( I know, I know, bad!).
Mo messages were received about a new disk or resync (although is does see the new disk properly).
I have rebooted the unit several times. I have also left the unit on for an extended duration to see if it needed to anything to initialize the disk.

What gets me is that the "resync" button is greyed out and can't be clicked. I even tried reinstalling my firmware.
