Are you familiar with what would be a best-practice for using this system for iSCSI as a VMWare Store?

I have only 'played' with vmware at various levels, so I am no expert and cannot speak to 'best practices'.
However, what I would do in my limited experience would be to statically assign ips to each nic and not rely on the NAS to do any redunancy, but to leverage the VMWare virtual networking to manage the bonding/redundancy/iscsi isolation virtually.
