NIC teaming
is it possible to team the two NICs ? is there any 3rd party addon? RAIDiator 4.2.23
Netgear NIC teaming requires a pro, not an ultra.
There is an add-on that should work though - viewtopic.php?f=48&t=34262 Note I have a pro, so I've never tried it.
If you are a home user you probably won't see any performance gain. Also some teaming modes require switch support. Is your GS108 a smartswitch (GS108T)?
