No files in file explorer Windows 10
I'm getting the 0x80070035 Error when clicking on my ReadyNAS in the windows explorer. I can't get to any of the files from inside the network. Reset the SMB several times and rebooted everything...

Will it be possible if you can change the e-mail address of the local user? Also, tell me if you have files saved on the private home shares (folders) of your ReadyCLOUD users.

Yes I could change the email address. No I don't have anything saved on the users, but I do have data on the drives just not under any particular user's home page.

Can you confirm if changing that specific (common) e-mail address and rebooting the unit, have resolved the issue?
