No volume exists after upgrade to 6.4.2!! Need help! #26835931

Hi!

I upgraded my ReadyNas 104 (serial 3EP336EU0048A) from 6.4.1 to firmware 6.4.2 after e-mail from Netgear.

Now after reboot I get the message ”No volume exists” and of curse all shares is lost.

 

The log from System->Logs

System: Firmware was upgraded to 6.4.2.

What to do (not not all data is backupd ..)?

  • Your best option is to contact Netgear support (though they might charge).  Be clear that the issue was caused by a firmware upgrade.
