Not able to detect RN102000-100NAS through RAIDar
Hello,
I'm having an issue with the Netgear ReadyNAS RAIDar software. I have a ReadyNAS102 and it showing up as 'Management Service is offline'.
When trying to access the Admin Page, I am directed to this:
I need to have this online! Please help.
I can answer questions if need more details.

Welcome to the Community!
Can you still access your shares from that NAS?
Pleased install RAIDar 6.4 on your computer and check if you can download the NAS system logs from there. You may download the installer here.
After downloading the logs, you may upload it to a file sharing site and then PM me the download link.

The shares are accessible but the admin page and log download fail.
This is what i get after running diagnostics.

Hi rmulla,
It seems that the NAS data volume is already full which might have been the cause of the management service offline error. Disk 2 is not looking good also.
Do you have snapshots enabled on the NAS? You may need to contact support so L3 can assist you in checking on what may have the cause the volume to be full.
