NTI Shadow problems
Hi, I seem to have the same problem that many people have with the NTI Shadow software that came wth my duo 2110 I get loads of erros indicating the files are open and therefore can not be copied....

Shadow is not a well written app. Simplify your life and change to a better backup app. Also one that supports copying open/in use files which will improve reliability of your backups. I like to keep it simple and use apps that have a good reputation and have proven themselves time and time again. Also apps that aren't as big as an operating system!
Look at Syncback SE or Pro. A little cumbersome to setup, but worth it. They just released V6 which may have a better setup wizard. Haven't jumped on board yet.
