Hi, thanks for asking to access my Nas to take a look at it. Are you Netgear tech support? If I can't access the Nas with Frontview, how the heck would I put it in "tech support mode" for you to look at, give you the ip, and then how do you access my Nas? What is "tech support mode"? I think I installed 2 different PHP add-ons. I still can access the Nas via Windows file explorer. Can the PHP just be deleted from explorer? Can I somehow re-install it with explorer?
