NV 4x1TB -> 4x2TB nightmare! (#10777660)

What make/model 2TB drives are you using? Some drives are known to drop out of arrays (not just with ReadyNAS; it seems to be quite common).
Make sure the disks are on the HCL. At present only the Seagate is certified for the NV/NV+:
