NV 4x1TB -> 4x2TB nightmare! (#10777660)
Here's what I have done so far I have a readynas NV It has 4x1TB (xraid) 4.1.6 1) I bought 4 new 2TB drives 2) Replaced each drive one at a time 3) Rebuilt successfully after each drive repla...
OK. I was going to attempt to grab the logs after the expansion of the data volume after the third disk initialized.
However, I'm now in some sort of repetitive loop where every couple of seconds the ReadyNAS web interface comes up with a box that says "Data volume has been successfully expanded to 3707GB" I click the box, and it does it's thing for a minute, then pops the box back up. RAIDar shows the icon under disk 2 blinking and the info says "Expanding". When I hover over in RAIDar it says resynch 0% complete, time to finish -99 minutes. I'm viewing it remotely so I can't pull the power. I also can't reboot via the web interface or pull the logs -- the interface isn't really responding since that text box keeps coming up.
I'm getting incredibly frustrated.
