NV 4x1TB -> 4x2TB nightmare! (#10777660)

OK. So now, I am copying data from a wired connection, and after about 1.3GB of data, it said "Device no longer accessible". The readyNAS could not be accessed via the web interface or via the SMB/CIFS share. I had gotten to this point in the past, but this time I had already installed the ssh add-on. I ssh'd to the device, and rebooted it that way.
It came back up fine, and then I again started copying data. Again, the data copy crapped out, and when I tried to access the readyNAS via the web GUI, it kept giving me "RAID sync starting" messages over and over, and over...
Also, when I now try and pull down the logs I get:
Could someone please help me? Is there any solution for my problems? The official support has been so far unhelpful.
