NV+ Boot Up issue

I have a NV+ with 4x2TB drives in them I run into the same problem twice. Basically when I boot, it would get stuck on "Booting....". Nothing works, firmware reinstall etc, nothing works. Except, if...

This is a known issue on 4.1.10. Try downgrading to 4.1.8 and see if you still get this issue.
