NV+ frequently hangs and slow FTP transfer speed

Are you watching movies via a wired or wireless connection?
What media player are you using? Is it VLC, windows media player, etc.?

Have you tried connecting your NAS directly to a PC then check if the NAS will still hang?

Have you tried to disable/re-enable FTP on Frontview?
Are you transferring files via FTP through a wired or wireless connection?
