Yes, its disk 1. The current pending sectors (and the offline-uncorrectable) are the important indications here. They basically are the same as reallocated sectors. 557 is a high number, you should replace that disk without delay.
The best way is to hot-swap with the NAS running. I always recommend backups, you should make sure the backup is up to date before doing anything with drives.
