I am using the WD 2TB WD20EARS (which i believe was on the supported list).
I have used 2 different drives and both have the same result.
Per a response from Netgear support - I reloaded the O/S. This went well - but now I only see the outline of the Frontview screen and none of the tabs, etc. I used admin/netgear1 for the user password.
Any suggestions?
