NV+ RNV2-S2-0000 will not boot after PSU failure

I did call Netgear tech support and they tried to assist me by walking me through some OS restore procedures... The NAS was not responding to the procedures... I had read somewhere in the forums, that the 2 green lights could also indicate bad memory, so I threw caution into the wind purchased some replacement memory and low & behold, it booted up, did it's FS check and has been running ever since.
