NV+ Slow Read in 4.1.7, 4.1.8 & 4.1.9-T6

T6 is a newer beta. I'd stick with that. It includes a major update to the CIFS service (See http://www.readynas.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=59222). Do give the OS re-install a try.
