NV+ SODIMM failed after RAIDiator 4.1.13 [SOLVED]
Update 01/21/2014 -- replacing the SODIMM in the NV+ appears to have solved this problem. No idea why the memory failed shortly after the upgrade to 4.1.13, other than coincidence, Murphy's Law . . . ...

That means it can't find a valid RAIDiator firmware image and you should try USB Boot Recovery.
Before you try that though do you have the stock 256 MB RAM module in the NAS or a 3rd party 1GB module?
