NV+ SODIMM failed after RAIDiator 4.1.13 [SOLVED]
Update 01/21/2014 -- replacing the SODIMM in the NV+ appears to have solved this problem. No idea why the memory failed shortly after the upgrade to 4.1.13, other than coincidence, Murphy's Law . . . ...
Can you force the unit to shutdown by holding the power button?
If so can you try to initiate the USB boot recovery process from an off state with the power cord in?
Probably won't make any difference but no harm in trying while you wait for the memory.
