NV+ v2 permanently busy with ??????
I have a NV+2 with 4 identical 3tb disks and all has been well until last week. I tried to connect to this NAS and I could not. The front panel of the NAS shows constant activity. In the end I ...
A friend of mine is on IT and he has a ReadyNAS too. I explained that the above problem follows the Disks. What I mean by that is........The problem started in NAS1 and when I moved all 4 disks to NAS2, the same problem continued.
Here is my friend's reply back to me:
Since the problem follows the disks I wonder if you don't have a similar problem to what I had - where the NAS configuration directory became "damaged".
It's probably sensible to ask the forum if the config directory can be refreshed without losing the data stored on the NAS
Does it make sense?
