Well....I'm in the same boat as everyone else here. I've been dealing with support for a while and got given the so called fix. They did advise me they are working on it, however there is still no ETA.
Since I have run out of space all together and need this resolved, I've asked for a refund under the New Zealands Consumers guarantees act as it states "do what they are made to do". I like the unit, however it's taken them far to long to resolve.
I'll let you know how I get on.
