I didn't manually update to 4.1.10. I'm not sure if the settings are set so the system updates automatically. The front screen on the system said this morning that there is 44/456 GB free.
I have tried holding down the power button several times, but it's not shutting down. Can I unplug, or will that cause me to lose everything?
