you solved your case already?
Had the same problem, and could fix (as it seems) by :
1) setting disk cache for fsck
2) dropping the journal
3) putting back a superblock backup
4) run a normal fsck -v -y
Till now I do not miss anything, but I am still in the process of checking my NVX.
