NVX Pioneer--Can't Add Backup Job for Windows 8
Just replaced 7 yr old Win7 laptop with Acer Aspire v5 Touch Screen with Windows 8.
Trying to create Archive Bit backup job.
Test Connection fails every time.
Using same Host, Path, and Login as in the Win7 setup.
ReadyNAS NVX Pioneer has latest software update.
Am I missing something about Win8?

- Anybody? Help!
- I added "guest" accounts to share folder. Trying to create Archive Bit backup job(as source),click "Test connect" button,use Windows 7 can be connected successfully, but Windows 8 can't.
Then I use win7 to access win8, it is failed.
And I viewed the Local Computer Policy -> Computer Configuration -> Windows Settings -> Security Settings -> Local Policy -> User Right Assign. "Deny access to this computer from the network",remove "guest" account for this.Because it will deny access to this computer from the network.
