Old and multiple files

Question

Not sure how much info i need to supply. When i access my nas system through my Samsung smart tv I have video files that I deleted or moved that show up. I have also seen that some folders show double files where only 1 file exists.

What NAS do you have and what firmware are you running?

Are you using plex or readydlna?

ReadyNAs 100, model RN104. Not sure on firmware or plex, readydlna. As i work away it would be about ten days before i get home to get that information

Did you already try rebooting the Smart TV? This may have something to do with the LAN traffic travelling through the network. May be you can also try isolating the problem by moving NAS or the TV to the same switch (or router). If the NAS is connected to a switch, try connecting it straight to the router. Or if the TV is connected to the switch, connect it to the router.
