Options for recovering deleted files on ReadyNAS NV
I have a friend with a ReadyNAS NV running 4.00c1-p2 and it looks like they accidentally deleted some files through a mapped drive (Windows 7). They have a backup from 3 weeks ago but of course the mo...
So I'm being told that unless it's a drive failure Netgear cannot recover the data and that I need to seek out a 3rd party to 'undelete' my files. Is this true? If so, does anyone have a recommendation for a good 3rd party?
