OS6.5.2 → 6.6.0 after the update, Volume cannot be mounted #27562305

hi to all recently i had configures a new rn214 netgear nas to one of my clients but after a day instead of backuping automatic it is going on giving error that VOLUME CANNOT BE MOUNTED so please suggest me solutions

i cant able to clear that problem....

    Is "OS6.5.2 → 6.6.0 after the update, Volume cannot be mounted #27562305" the correct title?  We've seen some cases where the title didn't match what the poster entered ...

     

    OS 6.6.0 is still quite old (Nov 2016).  I suggest running 6.9.5.

    Is this error in regard to the NAS data volume, or it is in regard to the remote backup source/destination?  If you aren't sure, can you provide a short snip of text from the log?  Just cut/paste it to a reply here.
