neo737 - the default password for your duo v1 is "netgear1", not "password". So if you do an OS reinstall, that's what it will be reset to.
If you find it tricky to do the OS reinstall (w/o a front panel it can be a bit daunting), you can also do a "direct connect". That is, connect an ethernet cable directly between the PC and the NAS. Then configure the IP address of the PC to 10.1.1.3 temporarily. That will let you browse to https://10.1.1.4/admin and reset the IP configuration to automatic.
