OSX Lion, delays when opening certain docs on NAS
I haven't seen anybody else discussing this, but it's so noticeable to me I find it hard to believe nobody else has noticed it. The setup: Mac Pro running OSX 10.6.8 MacBook Pro running OSX 10.7....
Well - I needed to powerdown my Ultra today as I was rearranging some equipment. (Usually it is running 24x7 and has been up for many days, probably weeks as the last time I remember shutting it down was for the 4.2.19 update)
After rebooting I once again tried to replicate this issue with the intent of trying some more things - but I can't. Images are loading in Preview just fine. Takes about a second to see a new image as I randomly jump around my image library.
I'll keep trying and see if the issue comes back, but for the moment I'm not experiencing any delays as I did before.
