OSX Lion, delays when opening certain docs on NAS
I haven't seen anybody else discussing this, but it's so noticeable to me I find it hard to believe nobody else has noticed it. The setup: Mac Pro running OSX 10.6.8 MacBook Pro running OSX 10.7....
Brand new Apple firmware (just in case). Rebooted NAS. Little to no improvement in speed of icon population in browsing NAS directories of photos and similarly no performance improvement when opening one to two dozen with Preview app. Ugh.
