Out of Memory 36c readynas10400 6.6.1

Hi, not technical,

 

Our work NAS says Out of Memory 36c when it isn't actually full.

 

It doesn't boot normally, I have held reset and got it into read only mode and downloaded the logs in a .zip file.

 

Can someone please help me? I need to access this at work and it's got important data on it.

    Send in your logs if you like (see the Sending Logs link in my sig)

    Do you have a lot of snapshots on this.

    OOM (Out of Memory) errors are referring to the RAM not the HDD.

      yes I think there are a lot of snapshots (whatever they are) but I don't know what a lot is or a little is to compare sorry.
