Out of Memory isra.15+31c

Hi, 

 

I am faceing the issue in NAS RN31400.

 

Out of memory isra. 15+31c error.

 

On that tiome i can't access the nas storage device.

 

in mean while unable to access through the ip address.

    Is this seen when booting or after a while?

     

    Which services are you running?

     

    Which apps do you have installed?

     

    Do you have a huge number of snapshots?

      1.  After a while.

       

      2. built in os.

       

      3. i don't want to install any app. just i take the backup through external HDD.

       

      4. No snapshots. i have disable the snapshots.
