Persistant Static Route on ReadyNAS 102

Static routes are a function of a router. There is no facility for this on a RN102
web interface. I personally cannot support you on Linux.
Are you sure you don't mean a Static IP?
If so, you should be able to map drive, for example
//192.168.xx.yy/share
